STAGING® CONSULATION
This service guides my Seller’s to declutter
their home in order to prepare their property
for sale. I prepare a detailed analysis and a
list of recommendations that need to be
accomplished to result in a property that is
head and shoulders above the competition in the
current real estate market.
STAGING® TO SELL
This hands-on service utilizes my Seller's
existing furniture and accessories to accentuate
the positive attributes of the property. I
rearrange the appropriate amount of furnishings
to make a positive first impression so that a
Global Buyer can easily visualize the size and
features of each room in the home. A Buyer must
be able to mentally "move-in" their furnishings
and Buyers only “know what they see, not what
it's going to be.”
COMPLETE HOME
STAGING®
This is my "Top of the Line" hands-on service!
I will take the best of my Seller’s furnishings
and the best of my accessories and combine them
to harmonize into an A+ property. My goal is to
produce a showcase of a property no matter what
condition. I provide this service for my Sellers
who are short on time and who need professional
experts to Stage® their properties for immediate
sale.
VACANT HOME
STAGING®
This service is for vacant properties that need
to be illuminated with furnishings and
accessories to enhance the architectural
features of the home. By being vacant,
properties exaggerate the empty and cold visual
appearance and first impression. I bring warmth
and interest to the Seller’s vacant home and
create a welcome impression with all Global
Buyers.
STAGING® FOR
LIVING
This post-settlement professional organizing
service enhances my client's newly purchased
home by creating an environment (inside closets,
too!) that reflects a personalized yet
decluttered, functional home in which to unwind.
I specialize in organizational move-in and setup
for busy executives and their families with
limited time.
